AUBURN GYMNASTICS ACADEMY POLICIES
Student Registration/Insurance Fee of $40.00 per year is due each year in August or at the time of each student's starting date. Students who join after Session 6 will pay a prarated fee.
Tuition is due on the first day of each new session. A $10.00 late fee will be charged to any tuition received later than the day prior to the second class. AGA is a year-round program and we respectfully request that you give 2 weeks notice if you plan on withdrawing from a class. All withdrawals received after the First Day of Class of a given Session will remain responsible for that Session's Tuition.
Make-up Classes: Due to the limited nature of our program, there will be ONLY ONE MAKE-UP class permitted per session. All make-ups MUST be scheduled and approved in advance. No Team Make-ups.
Dress Code: For your child's safety as well as that of our instructors, all girls should come dressed for class in leotards with long hair pulled back/up. Boys should wear T-shirts (tucked in) and shorts.
